German Finance Minister Committed Suicide As Coronavirus Crashes Economy

54-year-old, Thomas Schaefer, the finance minister of Germany has allegedly found dead and officials stated that he was deeply worried due to the recent corona crisis in the country. He was a finance minister of Hesse, where the financial capital of Germany Frankfurt is situated – moreover, headquarter of major financial lenders like Commerz and Deutsche banks are also located in the region.

State governor added that he was going through severe mental anxiety foreseeing the increasing economic fallout which led him to be nearly helpless to cope with the upcoming economic disaster. On Sunday, he related his death with the virus crises that are disrupting the economy of the country.

Premier of state, Volker Bouffier validated the news that Schaefer found dead on a high-speed railway track on Saturday at Hochheim. Schaefer was extremely worried about seeing how would the people of the country would manage to get through with this heavy financial turmoil. He found himself overwhelmed to meet the expectation of the population looking at him to find the way out. He rather opted to quit!

Police concluded the remarks after initial investigation with the eyewitnesses and close examination of the scene that the Schaefer committed a suicide.

The government of Germany has already supplying financial aid to the people who are living under the lockdown to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus which is also causing a huge depression on the economic affairs of the state.
